Located in France or in Southern Europe, by the sea, in the mountains, in the heart of an authentic Provencal village, surrounded by vineyards or in the city centre, Odalys accommodation has been designed to respond to the desires of our clients at a particular moment in time. Homely apartments equipped with kitchenette, cocooning in a hotel with complete freedom, residence with well-being or spa facilities : whatever their choices, our teams will do their utmost to welcome them in the best conditions.
For the past 5 years, the Odalys Group has pursued a development policy on the urban residence market with its 30 Odalys City apart’hotels open across France. Composed of homely, fully-equipped accommodation with a kitchenette and an office area with free wifi access for more autonomy and freedom, they offer all the usual hotel services (24/7 reception, towels provided, beds made on arrival and daily cleaning) as well as well-being areas with swimming pool and/or hammam/sauna and seminar rooms on many sites. Over the next 3 years, 11 new projects are already scheduled in the largest French cities including Nice, Marseille, Toulouse, Le Havre and Nîmes.
In response to the lack of accommodation available in a large majority of university towns, the Odalys Group has developed a concept of modern, homely residences for students and young professionals. Today there are 19 residences (with 14 openings planned within the next 3 years). They are composed of intelligent accommodation laid out in 3 areas: a sleeping are with a bathroom, a dining area with a kitchenette and a work area with a desk and high-speed internet connection. Modular communal ares (fitness room, relaxation room/cafeteria) and services (reception, laundry facilities, bicycle storage) are also offered in a secure environment (video surveillance, secure access, 24-hour security guard).
Located by the sea or in the countryside offering fully equipped mobile homes and numerous sports and leisure facilities, the 81 mobile home campsites are divided into 3 ranges: FUN for campsites offering large water sports areas with water slides and a varied entertainment programme, ZEN for establishments located in a quiet setting and equipped with a spa or well-being area, and EXPLO for campsites located in the heart of renowned tourist regions close to Natura 2000 sites or cycle paths. In July and August, children’s (4 to 11 years old) and teenagers’ (12 to 15 years old) clubs as well as family entertainment are offered during the day and in the evening.
