In only 20 years of existence, the Odalys Group has moved up to the 2nd position in the European tourist and leisure accommodation market. Every year, over 2 million holidaymakers settle into an Odalys Vacances residence. This success is based on the vast range of accommodation allowing guests to stay in apartments by the beachfront, in the countryside and in the mountains, in chalets, mobile homes, apart’hotels in city centres or student accommodation

This diversified offer, satisfying both families on holiday and business travellers, is a testament to the continued agility that the Odalys Group has shown since its inception to adapt to market opportunities and new expectations of its clients. Initially specialised in the tourism residences segment, the Group has pursued a diversification strategy around its new brands such as Odalys campus for student residences, and Odalys city, offering a wide range of city centre apart’hotels for business trips.

At the same time, during the last two years, the Group has undergone a profound transformation in terms of organization and working methods in order to prepare for the future in the best conditions and to face the challenges and opportunities of our environment, such as the digitalisation of our profession. The Odalys brand strategy has also been completely rebuilt as our new visual identity is, at the same time, more modern, more user-friendly and more accessible.

We have also strengthened our property owner’s service to enable SGIT Gestion to adapt its expertise to the specific requirements and needs of its 19,000 co-owners who have entrusted Odalys with the management of their assets through a commercial lease or mandate for a period of 9 to 11 years.

All together this should allow the Odalys Group to continue to meet the expectations of its customers as closely as possible while continuing to expand its different concepts in Europe and beyond. With the arrival in 2016 of the Hywin Group, alongside the Duval Group, the largest shareholder and first French family property group, the Odalys Group is now in working order to pursue its ambitious development policy.

If the Odalys Group is not the owner of these assets, it manages them on behalf of private investors, institutions or communities having entrusted the management of their assets by commercial lease or by mandate over a period of 9 to 11 years.


As it has developed, the Odalys Group has been structured around three activities : the marketing of its accommodation, the management of its sites and the administration of property for the benefit of its clients through SGIT Gestion.
